            1. 蛋白質工程及大分子藥物開發:

            新一代人源抗體篩選技術的研究;

            特殊抗體骨架及進化機理的研究;

            雙功能、多功能抗體、抗體偶聯制備新技術的開發;

            新型長效融合蛋白技術的研究。

            2. 抗結核藥物的研發:

            通過高通量化合物篩選新的抗結核藥物;

            新篩選條件和方法的研究,藥物作用機理的研究;

            以藥物靶標結構為基礎的藥物設計;

            3. 化學生物學/合成生物學:

            在不同物種中基于基因密碼子擴展的蛋白質標記新方法的研究;

            在蛋白表達層面上調控致病菌活性的方法研究;

            含有非天然氨基酸的天然產物的生物合成方法的研究;

          主要學術貢獻:

            王峰博士在小分子藥物篩選及生物大分子制藥領域主持了大量的研發項目,并在Cell,Nature Medicine,PNAS,JEM,JACS,Angew. Chemie等國際頂級期刊發表大量研究論文,同時有多項成果已經申請全球專利。

            在大分子制藥領域,王峰博士首次發現并表征了一種全新的具有超長可變區的抗體,改變了對抗體結構、功能、進化上的傳統認識。以這種新型抗體骨架為基礎,王峰博士領導的課題組研發了一系列新一代抗體候選藥物。

            在傳染病藥物研究領域,王峰博士領導的課題組通過高通量化合物篩選方法尋找針對細胞內耐藥性結核菌的抑制劑,目前已發現兩種在動物模型中有效的先導化合物,其中一種已經進入臨床二期試驗。

            在化學生物學、合成生物學領域,王峰課題組建立了在多種病原菌中基于基因密碼子擴展的蛋白質標記新方法,實現利用非天然氨基酸蛋白修飾研究細胞中的蛋白質相互作用。
