          研究方向:

            從事鐵蛋白及納米酶的新功能及生物醫學應用研究。前期工作中發現了鐵蛋白的新功能,結合鐵蛋白的新特性,突破了納米酶生物醫學應用的瓶頸,取得了一系列原創性成果。

           ?。?)首次發現鐵蛋白具備識別腫瘤和穿越血腦屏障的新特性;

           ?。?)結合鐵蛋白新特性,發展了鐵蛋白納米藥物新載體,為中樞神經系統疾病及惡性腫瘤提供一個潛在的納米藥物載體平臺,實現成果轉化;

           ?。?)綜合鐵蛋白及納米酶,設計檢測新技術,開發了新型納米酶探針分子,用于腫瘤診斷、病毒檢測等生物醫學領域;

           ?。?)實現納米酶的仿生設計及活性優化,提出納米酶構效關系新概念;

           ?。?)首次實現納米酶體內活性調控,開創了"納米酶催化治療腫瘤"的新策略;構建類外泌體納米酶小體,成功開發出納米酶催化光聲成像技術。
