          研究方向:

            小RNA病毒家族是一類無包膜、由正二十面體衣殼蛋白包裹著單股正鏈RNA病毒,家族成員可導致人手足口病、甲型肝炎、脊髓灰質炎等多種疾病。使用結構生物學、細胞生物學等技術手段,揭示小RNA病毒入侵宿主細胞、病毒脫衣殼的分子機制,設計抑制病毒入侵的小分子藥物;篩選穩定性好和免疫原性佳的候選疫苗。
