          研究方向:

            非可控性炎癥與腫瘤惡性轉化之間的內在聯系一直是腫瘤研究的熱點和難點。炎癥微環境中的血管新生和免疫失衡是非可控性炎癥的兩大重要特征。我們主要圍繞這兩大特征進行系統的機制研究。前期發現粘附分子 CD146 是血管新生和免疫失衡的重要鏈接分子,靶向 CD146 可以預防和控制非可控性炎癥的發生發展。我們將從肝炎-肝癌惡性轉化角度出發,將分子生物學與系統生物學、臨床醫學融合交叉,進一步闡明 CD146 在腫瘤免疫失衡中的網絡調控及機制。
