          研究方向:

            二硫鍵對很多分泌蛋白和膜蛋白結構的穩定、功能調節有重要貢獻,而二硫鍵形成是蛋白質氧化折疊重要的限速步驟之一。我們對蛋白質氧化折疊系統中的關鍵酶開展結構功能關系及分子機制研究。近期利用細胞生物學、生物化學和結構生物學多學科交叉研究細胞內蛋白質穩態調節及其對人類健康的影響。
