          研究方向:

            主要研究神經發育中干細胞自我更新、分裂、遷移和分化的調控機制以及相關腦疾病的發病機理和治療手段。目前主要研究進展包括1)闡明表觀遺傳因子Rcor2作為corepressor介導Lsd1抑制神經干細胞中Shh信號通路的激活,從而調控大腦皮層神經發生和皮層增大增厚的分子機制;2)應用CRISPR/Cas9技術對新型模式動物雪貂進行基因干預,目前已經初步獲得可以應用于研究平滑腦癥、頭小畸形癥的轉基因動物模型。
